Burnout at 38 — what is happening in my chart?
What's actually true — the astronomy
Your nodal return near 37, your Jupiter return at 36, and your current dasha period are computed exactly from the real ephemeris. Real dates. None of them measures your workload, and no configuration causes exhaustion.
What the tradition says (interpretation)
Vedic astrology would read a heavy Saturn period as a season of weight that passes on a schedule; Western astrology reads Saturn transits as the archetype of grinding duty. Some people find real steadiness in the idea that a hard season has an end date — that comfort is legitimate, and it is still interpretation.
The decision-science move — what to actually do
Be careful here, because astrology offers exactly the wrong medicine for burnout: it counsels endurance, and endurance is what caused this. Burnout responds to changing the conditions — load, autonomy, recognition — and to essentially nothing else. Name the single biggest source of load and ask for one specific change this month, in writing, with a date. If the honest answer is that the job will never give you that, then the chart is not the thing that needs consulting; a recruiter is. And if you are past exhaustion into something heavier, please talk to a doctor rather than an ephemeris.
