What is the Saturn opposition at 44?
What's actually true — the astronomy
Half of 29.46 years is 14.73 — which is why the opposition lands at ~14.7 and ~44.2. Saturn’s retrograde loops usually split it into three exact passes over about a year. AstralMath resolves each from the real ephemeris.
What the tradition says (interpretation)
Tradition reads the Saturn opposition as the midpoint audit: the structures you built since the Saturn return either hold weight or reveal that they cannot. It is the archetype of the plateau you cannot ignore any longer. Symbolism, clearly labelled.
The decision-science move — what to actually do
The trap at 44 is confusing tiredness with wrongness. Before you conclude the life is wrong, rule out the boring explanations — sleep, an unmanaged load, no time that belongs to you. If it survives that and still feels wrong, then the opposition is a reasonable calendar peg: pick one structural change, run it as a reversible experiment for a quarter, and decide with evidence. Structural changes made from exhaustion mostly get reversed.
